Integrating Jira Cloud with TrustWorks
Preparation and Integration Steps:
- Subdomain: This is the initial path of the URL, e.g.,
<subdomain>.atlassian.net
. - Project Key: This key identifies your project. It can be obtained from the projects table. More Info
- Login Requirement: Ensure you are logged into Jira to initiate the connection.
Integration Steps:
- Head to Global Settings > Integrations > +New Integration and choose 'Jira' from the dropdown menu.
- Assign a meaningful name to your integration, opt for the 'OAuth 2.0' authentication method, input your Jira subdomain and project key, and then proceed to 'Connect with Jira'.
- You'll be redirected to your Atlassian Account. Grant 'view' and 'update' permissions to TrustWorks and confirm.
